🚨Private bedroom/bath suite - $0 rent for 15 hours a week additional care for our mother.
Our mother lives in this condo alone. She has a caregiver during the day to help her. She is alone at night and we would like to have a UT student/faculty receive free housing for a one bedroom and one bath (private) suite in exchange for having... someone in the condo overnight. We would like to work out a schedule of 15 hours a week to offer assistance to her. This would be worked around what is convenient for the student/faculty and their hours. The condo and the building are very nice and this bedroom and private bath is on the opposite end of the condo giving more privacy. Full use of the kitchen, balcony, laundry faciilites, doorman, lovely view and a pool with gardens. Parking is availabe for a nominal fee. We are looking for a loving student/faculty that would benefit having no rent fees in exchange for additional help with our beloved mother.
