I have been staying here since last April 23 and my experience so far has been great. Compared to the other apartments nearby, this place is worth the price you pay. I love the utilities provided. The ones provided are all in really brand-new condition. I highly recommend this place, especially with family.

The apartment is nice. Especially for the price. The washer is weirdly broken, the lid won’t stay locked and maintenance said there’s nothing they can do about it. The doors have an awful paint job so it’s hard to open/close. Also, the pool is always closed. However overall it’s really nice apartments with brand new appliances. There is so much security and protective access that I really feel safe here. Maintenance is relatively fast. Sometimes you have to push them a little but overall the... staff is really nice.

I applied and was approved within 2 weeks. Douglass did amazing job at picking the right apartment for me. Trash (MLGW) utilities are paid in addition the rent price.
